Rishabh Fast Food Centre

Rishabh Fast Food Centre is located in Borivali East, right at number 41335. It is a small place, mostly just a kitchen area and a narrow counter where people stand and eat their food. We do not have many chairs because there just isn't the room for them inside. The griddle is always hot, and you can smell the food cooking from a block away. It gets really smokey inside during the dinner rush, so we keep the doors wide open even when it is raining. We have a few guys working the stove, and they have gotten really fast at flipping snacks and packing them into paper bags for the commuters. It is not a place for a fancy dinner; it is where you go when you are hungry and want something quick on your way back home. We write the daily specials on a small chalkboard that hangs by the entrance. The paint on the walls is a bit faded, and the floor is just plain concrete, nothing fancy at all. We have been here for a good few years now, and we have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. Sometimes we run out of napkins or the change drawer gets low when we are busy, but we manage. It is a lot of standing and moving around in a small space, which gets tiring, but we are used to the pace. It is just honest cooking for the local crowd.
