Our office is located at 40 Kandivali West, right on Magadi Main Road. We are directly opposite the HDFC Bank, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us even if they aren't looking. The road outside is always packed with cars and bikes, so it’s never quiet around here. We have been operating as estate consultants for quite some time now. Most of our day involves talking to people about where they want to live or if they have a place to sell. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't a big firm with fancy brochures. Instead, we just use our local knowledge to help people navigate the property market in this part of Kandivali. The office is a bit small and sometimes gets a bit dusty from the road construction, but we keep it going. There is usually a pot of tea on the go and some paperwork spread across the desks. We deal with all sorts of properties, from small apartments to larger commercial spaces on the main road. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we are out on the road showing people around, and other times we are just here waiting for the next person to walk in. It’s just the way a local estate office runs, focusing on the people and the buildings in our own neighborhood.
