We've been over here at Ria Real Estate for a good while now, right behind the Shivaji statue in Vikhroli East. If you know the Gurukrupa Prasad Estate, that's exactly where you'll find our small office. Ram Azare Marg is usually busy, but we like the energy around here. Mostly, we just help folks looking for a place to stay or maybe a small shop to rent out in this part of Mumbai. It’s not a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down to look at papers. Vikhroli is changing fast, and we see new buildings going up all the time. Sometimes people come in just to ask about prices or what’s happening with the local redevelopment projects. We know the streets around here pretty well because we live nearby too. It's easier to explain things to people when you actually walk these roads every day. Dealing with property can be a headache with all the paperwork and the back-and-forth, so we just try to keep things straightforward. No one wants a complicated story when they’re just trying to find a roof over their head. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to, and there's always tea on the go if someone drops by.
