You can find us at Kanji Mansion, which is on Plot 311 along Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Road in Khetwadi. We are up on the third floor in unit number 7. Girgaon is a really old-school part of Mumbai and we like the feel of it. It’s got a lot of history and the streets are always full of life. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a room where we handle our property business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with folks about different real estate matters. It’s a lot of back and forth, checking on this and that. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that, we just talk to people. Being in the 400004 area code means we're right in the heart of things. The building itself has been around for a bit and it has character. We try to keep our operations simple and direct. If someone needs help with a lease or wants to look at a property, we just get to it. There’s no complicated process or corporate hierarchy here. It’s just us working hard and trying to stay on top of the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a little hectic when everyone comes in at once, but we usually manage to get everyone sorted out.
