Rhythm N Blues Music Academy

Rhythm N Blues Music Academy has been in Malad West for a while now. It's tucked away, so you have to look for it a bit. We teach a lot of different things, mostly guitar and piano, but sometimes people want to learn singing too. The rooms are small but they have okay soundproofing, though you can still hear the traffic outside if it's a busy day. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be there tuning a guitar or looking for a misplaced sheet of music. Malad West is a crowded area, so we appreciate the quiet when we can get it. Most of our students live nearby, so they just walk over after school or work. We have a couple of old amps that have seen better days, but they still sound good. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we make do with what we have. It’s a simple setup. We spend most of our time just going over scales and trying to help people get their timing right. It’s not a fancy school with a lot of paperwork. We just write down the lessons in a notebook and keep going. It’s a decent place to spend an afternoon if you like music and don't mind a bit of clutter from all the instrument cases lying around. We just try to keep things moving along every day.
