R.N.A.(A.A)

You can find us at G/10 in the Raj Building, right on 1st Sankli Street in Byculla. It’s a busy part of Mumbai with a lot of history. The streets are narrow and there’s always something going on outside our door. Our office is small and a bit crowded with all the files we’ve collected over the years. We’ve been operating as R.N.A.(A.A) for quite some time now. It’s mostly just us sitting around the table and working through the tasks of the day. Byculla is a loud place, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and people shouting. Sometimes it’s hard to hear each other, but we manage. We don't have a lot of modern furniture or high-tech gadgets. We mostly stick to what we know. People drop in all the time since we are on the ground floor. It’s a very practical setup. We handle our business without any big speeches or corporate talk. If something needs doing, we just do it. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a second to breathe. It’s a tough city to work in, but we like being right in the middle of it all. We don't pretend to be anything more than a local office trying to do a decent job for the people who come to us. It's a simple, honest way to work and we just get on with it.
