Resham Wala Estate Consultant is tucked away on the 1st Floor of D Mores Chawl. We are right there in Masji Andheri East, not too far from the Seven Hills Hospital. If you know Andheri, you know how crowded and hectic it gets, especially during the monsoon when the roads get messy. Our office is small and honestly a bit cramped with all the registers and paperwork we have to keep. Being in a chawl means there is always something going on outside, neighbors talking or bikes zooming past. We mainly focus on the local area because that is what we know best. Most of our day is spent answering the phone and trying to coordinate meetings between landlords and tenants. It is a lot of walking up and down stairs and navigating the narrow lanes around here. Sometimes we are at the hospital area showing a flat, and other times we are stuck in traffic trying to get back to the office. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing department. It is just us doing the basic work of figuring out who wants to rent what. People around here know us as the guys who have been in the chawl for a long time. We just try to get the deals done without too much drama, though in property, there is almost always some kind of delay or issue to fix.
