It’s a residential complex, so our office feels more like a home than a workplace. We have been operating from here for a good amount of time. Andheri East is a massive area, but we focus mostly on the pockets around Bhavani Nagar. We know the buildings, the security guards, and the local shopkeepers. When someone comes to us looking for a flat, we don't give them a long speech. We just take them to see the places that fit their budget. Sterling CHS is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. The Boat Club Road area is always humming with activity. We handle mostly rentals, as the name suggests. It is a lot of paperwork and making sure the keys are in the right hands. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of employees. It’s just us handling things directly. Sometimes we are busy with a client and can't pick up the phone immediately, but we always get back. We keep our records in old folders and know which flats are likely to become empty soon. It’s a small-scale operation that keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We like the personal touch of meeting everyone face to face.
