Remedy Real Estate has been around this part of Kandivali West for some time now. We are located at Shop No 32 on Plot D in the Gidc area. If you know the neighborhood, you probably know Rock Avanue. It is right opposite the ICICI Bank. Our office is just a regular spot where we sit and talk about houses and shops with people from the locality. It’s not a fancy place, just some chairs and a desk where we look at listings. We spend most of our mornings checking out new spots around Kandivali. The traffic gets a bit much near the bank sometimes, but we are easy to find. Most of the folks who come in are just neighbors or people looking to move closer to work. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the streets here well. Sometimes we are out on site visits, so the shop might be locked for an hour, but someone is usually around. We handle a bit of everything, from small rentals to bigger plots if someone is interested. It’s a busy area with lots of people moving in and out. We try to keep things simple and honest when we talk to anyone. No big promises, just showing what is available in the market right now. If you are walking past the ICICI bank, you can see our sign. We've seen the area change quite a bit over the years.
