Being so close to the petrol pump makes it easy for people to find us, even if the traffic in Andheri East is a complete nightmare most of the time. We spend a lot of our morning just watching the cars go by while we get our paperwork ready. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need. We have a couple of old desks and a filing cabinet that has seen better days. People come in and out looking for advice on places to live or sell, and we just tell them how it is. We don't use any of those big words or fancy brochures you might see elsewhere. It’s just real talk about the neighborhood and what is available. The fan usually clicks a bit while it's running, which can be annoying when it’s quiet, but it keeps us cool. We’ve seen Andheri change so much, especially with all the new construction happening every which way you look. It’s a busy life here, but we enjoy the pace. We usually grab tea from the stall just down the road and bring it back to the office to drink while we go through the latest listings. It feels like a proper local business where everyone knows everyone else eventually. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
