Our office is right over in the Mhada Complex, tucked away on Hanuman Terrace Road in Andheri. It is quite easy to find if you look for the Punjab and Maharashtra Bank or the shopping centre across the way. There is always a lot of traffic and noise outside because Andheri is just like that, always moving. Inside the shop at number 39, it is a bit quieter. We spend our mornings checking the latest listings and talking to owners. We have been here for a good amount of time, so we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The shopping center opposite us is always packed with people on the weekends. We keep the doors open usually to let some air in, though the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. It is a small space but it fits what we need for the consulting work. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we go over the maps and the documents. People usually wander in after doing their banking next door. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just know this part of Andheri inside and out. Every day is different, sometimes it’s busy with three people waiting and other days we just sit and drink coffee while waiting for the phone to ring.
