Real Fresh Fast Food is tucked away in Andheri West, specifically in the Dariapur 1 area. We’ve been around for a few years now. The place is small and gets pretty crowded, especially in the evenings when the street gets busy. We don't have a lot of space for sitting, so most people just stand around or take their food to go. It’s a fast-paced environment. We’re always moving, flipping things on the stove or packing up orders. The heat in the kitchen can be something else during the summer, but we’re used to it. We try to get the food out as quick as we can because we know people are usually in a hurry. Our ingredients come in every morning from the local suppliers nearby. We don't have a big freezer to store things for weeks. If we run out, we run out. The noise from the traffic outside is always there, but it kind of fits the vibe of Andheri. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished look. We just wear what’s comfortable for working in a hot kitchen. It’s honest work and it keeps the neighborhood fed. We just keep doing what we do every day. It’s a grind, but it’s our grind and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the rush.
