My office is situated in the Sita Mahal Building on Cumballa Hill, right next to where the American Embassy is located. It is a very well-known area in Pimpri, but the building itself is quite traditional and quiet compared to the main road. I spend most of my days here at a desk covered in papers and various files. It’s not a large corporate setup with lots of employees, just me handling the daily tasks and meeting with people who stop by. The windows look out towards the embassy gate, so there is always a lot of security and movement to watch during lunch breaks. I’ve been in this spot for quite a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Inside, the furniture is mostly old wood and the carpet is a bit worn in the spots where people walk the most. I don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling people what I do. Most folks find me through word of mouth or because they saw the nameplate downstairs near the entrance. Sometimes the phone rings and it’s just someone looking for directions to the embassy, which I don't mind helping with. I prefer keeping things professional but straightforward. There’s no need for big speeches or polished presentations here. It’s just about doing the work and keeping the records straight in a part of the city that I’ve grown very fond of now.
