I’ve been running things here at Shop No 8 in the Sai Man building for a good while now. You can find us on Mahakavi Kuvempu Road, right over in Kandivali West. It’s a busy part of the 2nd Stage, and being near the MTNL building means people usually find the place without too much trouble. Real estate in this part of town can get pretty complicated with all the different rules and prices shifting around, so we just try to keep things simple for whoever walks through the door. We aren’t one of those big corporate firms with a hundred employees. It is mostly just us here, handling the day-to-day work of looking at flats, checking out shop spaces, and making sure the papers are in order. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and documents, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We know the streets around here well because we live and work right in the middle of it. If someone is looking to move or needs to sell a spot near Plot No 18, they usually drop by for a chat. We don’t do fancy presentations. We just show you what is available and tell you what we know about the landlord or the building. It is a practical way of doing business. People appreciate that we don't use a lot of big words. We’re just here from morning till evening, trying to be helpful to the locals.
