You can find us at 233 D in the Bharat Rice Mills Compound. It’s located on Dr S S Rao Road in the Lal Baug area of Mumbai. This part of the city has a lot of history, and working out of an old mill compound feels right for what we do. Ratan J Batliboi Consultants Pvt Ltd has been around for quite a long time. Our office is a working environment through and through. It’s not some shiny glass tower; it’s a place where real work happens every day. We have plenty of space for our consultants to sit and work through architectural and planning problems. There are maps and drawings pinned to the walls and stacks of documents on almost every surface. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we’d rather focus on the projects we are handling. Lal Baug is a busy, vibrant place, especially during festival seasons, and we are right in the thick of it. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to use a lot of corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just discuss the facts and try to find the best way forward for each project we take on. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’ve been doing it this way for years and it works for us and our clients. We just keep moving forward.
