Ratan Estate

Ratan Estate is located at 247 Andheri East, right on the Kanteerva Studio Main Road. We are on the ground floor, which is quite handy because it means people don’t have to climb any stairs to find us. We’re situated right behind Tolani College, so we see a lot of students and staff walking past the window all day long. It makes the area feel quite energetic. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our desks, a couple of extra chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that have seen better days. Because we are on the ground floor, we get a lot of walk-ins. People who are just passing by often poke their heads in to ask about a shop for rent or a small flat nearby. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our work comes from people who live in Andheri East and know our face. We spend our time checking on sites, talking to owners, and making sure the agreements are signed properly. It can be a lot of back-and-forth, especially with the traffic on the main road making travel slow. But we’ve lived and worked here for a long time, so we are used to the pace. It’s just a straightforward local business trying to keep up with the local demand for housing and commercial spaces.
