Rasiklal & Sons is a family-run kind of place located up on the 2301st unit of the Panchratna building. Being in Opera House on Charni Road means we are surrounded by all the hustle and bustle of the trade. We’ve been around for a long time, and the name on the door has some history to it. We don't really do anything fancy to get attention. We just open up the office and get to work on whatever the day brings. Most of our time is spent handling the usual business tasks that come with being in this industry. It’s a lot of talking to people we’ve known for years and making sure everything is in order. The office has a lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those new, glass-walled places you see in magazines. It’s a real workplace with folders and old desks and the smell of tea in the afternoons. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big mission statements. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. Being high up in the building gives us a bit of a view of the city, but we are usually too busy to look out the window much. It’s a simple life of business and family. We’ve been here for years and we plan to stay right here on Charni Road for many more to come. It’s just how things are for us.
