Our kitchen is tucked away in Mahim West. It’s a great part of the city, and we’ve been here for quite a while now. We focus on catering, mostly for local families and small gatherings. There’s something about Mahim that just feels like home, and we try to put that same feeling into the food we prepare. It’s not a massive operation. We have a few steady hands who know exactly how a dish should taste. Every morning starts with a trip to the local market to see what’s fresh. We don't like using stuff that’s been sitting around. The kitchen gets quite warm once all the burners are going, but that’s just part of the job. We make sure the flavors are consistent because that’s what people expect from us. We don’t have a flashy office or a fancy website. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just walking past and smelling the food. We handle the cooking, the packing, and the delivery ourselves. It keeps us busy from dawn until late at night. Sometimes we take on bigger orders, but we mostly like sticking to what we know. It’s just about making decent food that people enjoy eating at their parties. We aren't trying to reinvent anything, just keeping the traditions going in our own way. We take pride in the way we handle every single plate that leaves our door and goes out to a table.
