Rashesh Property Consultant is located at Shop No 3 in the Nileo Building. We are over in Kandivali West, specifically in the 12th Main, D Block, 2nd Stage. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Patel Nagar. The shop is small but it is in a good spot for people to find us. We have been in the Nileo Building for a while now. The morning sun hits the front of the shop, so it is usually quite bright when we first open up. We have a few desks and some chairs for guests. There is always a bit of a breeze coming through the door if we leave it open. The area around Patel Nagar is quite active, so there is always something going on outside. We spend our time checking through property papers and making phone calls to different owners. It is a lot of legwork, really. Sometimes we have to go out and look at buildings in the rain, which isn't great, but it is part of the job. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the area well. We like the neighborhood because everything you need is just a short walk away. Our office isn't fancy, just some basic furniture and a computer that is a bit slow. We just focus on getting things done for the people who walk through our door.
