Rameshwar Real Estate

Our shop is Number 8 in the Devidayal Compound, right in Kanjurmarg East. If you know Mission Road or S R Nagar, you’ve probably passed us. We are near that Keleka Bakar spot. Rameshwar Real Estate has been sitting in this same corner for quite a while. It’s a small shop, mostly just a few chairs and a table where we look at maps and property papers. The compound gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s a lively place. We talk to a lot of people every day. Some are looking for a new place to stay, others are just asking about the local prices. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting here, waiting for the phone to ring or someone to walk through the door. Kanjurmarg has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings going up everywhere. We try to keep track of it all. Sometimes we’re out on the road showing people around, and other times we’re just here tidying up the files. The chairs in the shop are a bit old, but they’re comfortable enough for a long chat. It’s a local business, run by people who actually live around here. We know the streets and the shortcuts. Sometimes the power goes out in the compound, and we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors. It is a simple way to spend the working hours.
