Ramesh Steel Centre

Ramesh Steel Centre is located at 194 C.P. Tank in the Somji Building. We have been dealing with steel for a long time now in this neighborhood. It’s a busy part of town and our shop is right in the middle of it all. We have all sorts of steel items stacked up inside. It might look a bit cluttered to someone coming in for the first time but we know where everything is. The Somji Building is an old place but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We get a lot of regulars who come in from the nearby streets. Most of the day is spent moving metal around or talking to customers about what they need for their projects. We don't have a website or anything like that because we prefer talking to people face to face. If you need something specific in steel you just come to C.P. Tank and find us. The work is heavy and sometimes our hands get dirty but that is part of the job. It’s not a glamorous business but it’s what we do. We’ve seen many shops come and go around here while we just keep doing our thing at number 194. It can get quite hot in the summer with all the metal around but we are used to it by now. We just try to be helpful and get the orders ready on time. There is always noise from the street but we don't mind it much anymore. We have been at this spot for years and don't plan on going anywhere.
