Champak Steel & Engineering Co

We are located right at Vanitha Vishram Chowk on SVP Road. It’s a busy area. Champak Steel and Engineering Co has been in this spot for quite some time now. We occupy the 390/392 space. It’s mostly metal and engineering parts around here. The shop is usually full of inventory. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and checking the quality of the steel pieces that come in. It gets loud with the traffic outside and the work inside, but that is just how it is. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just handle the engineering requirements that people bring to us. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment arrives, but we sort it out. You’ll find us there most days of the week. We know the regular customers who come by for specific parts. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. It's about getting the work done and making sure the steel is right for the job. No big speeches, just metal and hard work. I guess we could clean up a bit more often, but we are usually too busy with the orders. It is a real place for real engineering work. We just do the job and let the results speak for themselves.
