Ram Fast Food

Ram Fast Food is just a small place we started here in Mumbai to help pay the bills and keep things going. We aren't located in a big mall or anything, just a regular spot on the side of the street. We do various fast food items, the kind of things people like to eat when they are out with their friends in the evening. The kitchen is basic and we do everything ourselves from scratch. There is always a bit of smoke and the sound of the metal spatula hitting the tawa. We aren't professional chefs, we just learned by doing it every single day for years. Sometimes we forget an order if too many people are shouting at once, but we try our best to get it right and keep people happy. It’s a loud city and our shop is just another part of that noise. We use the local ingredients we find nearby every morning. The stools we have are a bit old and the paint is peeling in some corners, but the food is always served hot to whoever comes. We don't have a mission statement or any big talk. We just cook, serve, and clean up at the end of the long night. It is a tiring life, especially with the heavy Mumbai rain, but it’s our own business. We just want to make enough to keep going and see the customers leave with a full stomach and a smile.
