Rakesh Insurance Agents

Rakesh Insurance Agents is a small operation based in Govandi. Our office is at B/55 in the Agarwal Market, which is a very busy part of the neighborhood. We are located quite close to the fire bridge, and that is usually the landmark we give to anyone who is trying to find us for the first time. The office itself is pretty cramped, filled with stacks of files and insurance forms that never seem to go away. We spend most of our hours sitting at our desks, explaining different policy details to people who walk in from the market. It is a noisy area, so there is always the sound of honking cars and people shouting coming through our door. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big sign outside. It is just a place where neighbors can come to get their car or health insurance sorted out without much fuss. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a loud clicking noise that we have just gotten used to over the years. People come to us because we have been in the Agarwal Market for a long time and they know they can just drop in. We aren't a big corporation, just local agents doing our job every day. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we keep the door open to let some air in. Most of our day is a mix of phone calls and helping people fill out their renewal paperwork.
