You can find United Agencies at Prabhat Mahal, specifically at number 3 on Gurudwara Lane. We are in the Chakala area of Andheri East, which is always crowded and moving fast. Our office is in an older building. It has that specific feel of a place that’s seen a lot of years. We act as an agency for different goods. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating between suppliers and buyers. We don't have a big staff. Just a few of us sitting at desks with files piled up. The lane outside is narrow, and sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear on the phone. But we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this spot for a while. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just try to be reliable. If we say we will find something or get a price, we do it. Sometimes the rains in Mumbai make getting to the office a real challenge, but we show up anyway. The tea stall at the corner is where we usually grab a break. It's a very standard, no-frills kind of life here. We just want to keep the business steady and handle our accounts properly without making things more complicated than they need to be. It is just about getting the daily tasks done.
