Reliance General Insurance

Our office for Reliance General Insurance is tucked away at 335 Jss Rd inside the Shiddhipur Seva Soc. If you know the Thakurdwar area near Charni Road in Mumbai, then you know exactly how busy it gets around here. We are right in the thick of it. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the building, but it’s home for us during the work day. Being in Mumbai -2 means there is always noise from the street, people rushing to the station, and the general hum of the city. We have our desks set up and we spend most of the day handling paperwork and talking to folks who walk in. It isn't a glamorous spot, just a practical one where we can be close to the people who need us. The Shiddhipur Seva society is a familiar landmark for the locals. We get a lot of tea from the stall nearby to keep us going through the afternoon slump. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know the shortcut through the lanes. We don’t have those fancy receptionists you see in movies, just us working through the files and making sure things get processed. It’s a steady pace, and while the traffic on Jss Road can be a headache, we like being part of this neighborhood. It feels real and connected to the city's heartbeat and the people who live here.
