Rakesh D Pawar

Rakesh D Pawar runs his office out of the Jeevan Vihar Building, which is right at 899 Mumbai in the Bhusari Colony area. It is pretty easy to find because it’s directly opposite the Stock Exchange, so there is always a lot of activity going on outside. The building itself has been there for a while and has that lived-in look that you see in older parts of the city. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace where Rakesh gets his things done. There are no fancy decorations or big reception areas here. We just have the tables, chairs, and all the files we need for the day’s work. Being near the Stock Exchange means the energy around the building is always high, and you can hear the city humming all day long. It’s a practical setup for someone who just wants to get down to business without any extra fluff. We don’t really worry about having a polished corporate image. It’s more about the work itself and being there when people need us. Bhusari Colony is a busy spot, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, but that’s just part of being in an older Mumbai property. We’ve been here long enough that the guards know us and we know the tea stall around the corner.
