Raju Arvind Kansara

Raju Arvind Kansara is my name and I am based out of Ankur Building, specifically Flat No 602. It’s right in Prabhadevi, directly opposite the Siddhivinayak Temple. Because of the temple, the area is always full of life, especially on Tuesdays when the crowds are huge. I’ve been living and working from this flat for many years now. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles or anything like that. It’s just my home where I manage all my business. I don’t have a staff or a secretary. When people need to reach me, they usually just call my mobile or come up to the sixth floor. The flat is a bit cluttered with papers and files, but it’s how I stay organized. Sometimes the noise from the bells and the people outside gets quite loud, but I’ve lived here so long that I hardly notice it anymore. I like the convenience of this location because everything is right there. I don’t do any fancy advertising or have a big social media presence. People find me through word of mouth mostly. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. I just sit at my desk, handle my calls, and keep track of my work. It’s a small, personal operation and that is exactly how I like it to be. I usually keep my windows open to catch the breeze, even with the noise.
