So, we have this small place, Shop No A/1, inside the Nikunj Chayya building. It's right in Kandivali West, which is usually quite busy. We’ve been around this part of the city for a while now. Most people know the spot because it's near Vanjarwadi. Rajiv K Bavisi Property Consultant is just where we work every day. I usually get here in the morning, open up the shutters, and start looking at what needs to be done. It's not a fancy office, just a practical space where we talk to people about real estate. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is in this neighborhood. We handle a lot of different things related to property here. Usually, it's just neighbors stopping by or someone who saw our sign while walking through Kandivali. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of the folks we talk to are just looking for a bit of help with their housing stuff or land. It is a decent community here in Nikunj Chayya. We know most of the other shop owners nearby. If you are walking down towards Vanjarwadi, you can't really miss the building. We just try to keep things simple and get the work done. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a local shop doing local work for people in the area. We are here most days if anyone needs to find us.
