We have our office at number 16 on Balareshwar Road in Vile Parle East. It is right opposite the Dinanath Mangeshkar Hall, which is a very famous spot around here for plays and music. Whenever there is a show or an event at the hall, the whole street gets packed with cars and people looking for parking. We have been sitting here for a lot of years, watching the crowds come and go from our front door. Our office is a quiet place compared to the noise outside. We mostly deal with the flats and old buildings that make up this part of Vile Parle. A lot of the families around here have known us for a long time, and they just drop by when they want to rent out a room or find a bigger place to live. We have a few old desks and some tall filing cabinets that are probably older than some of the people working here. It is a very local business, and we do not try to be anything else. We spend our time talking to people, drinking tea, and keeping track of who is moving where. Sometimes we go for a walk down the road to check on a property and stop to chat with the other shopkeepers. It is a comfortable routine for us. We are usually here from ten in the morning until the evening shows at the hall start getting busy and the street fills up.
