Our place is located at 150/4112 in Parivartan Chs Ltd. which is tucked away in New Pant Nagar. It is right on Vallabhbaug Extension Lane, and most people find us by looking for the Sai Baba Mandir nearby. Being in Ghatkopar East means there is a lot of activity around us all the time. The building is a typical society setup, so it feels more like a community than a cold office block. We spend a lot of our time dealing with moving the minerals from this small room. It gets a bit cramped when all of us are inside at once, especially with the samples and the ledgers piled up. The windows look out over the lane where you can see the daily life of the neighborhood. We usually hear the bells from the temple in the mornings. It’s a grounded kind of place. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. People just walk in, find a chair, and we talk. Sometimes the traffic in Ghatkopar makes things late, so we’ve learned to be patient with the timing of things. The walls are a bit plain and we probably should paint them, but there is always something more urgent to do. It is a real working environment where we just try to get through the list of things to do before the sun goes down. There is nothing fancy about it, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of papers.
