Raj Estate Consultants is located in Malad West, specifically at 4th Cross on Singapura Main Road, 15 B. It’s a bit of a specific address, but once you find the turn, we’re right there in the corner. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the ledger and meet folks who are looking for a house to rent or buy. Malad West is a big area, so we focus mostly on what’s around Singapura Main Road. It’s easier to know one area really well than to try and cover the whole city. We spend our mornings checking messages and our afternoons out on the road. It gets dusty and hot, but that’s the job we chose. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who grew up around here. We know the local shops and the shortcuts through the back lanes. When someone comes in, we just talk to them like a neighbor. There’s no pressure or sales talk. We just show what’s available at 15 B and elsewhere. Raj Estate Consultants is just a local business trying to help people find a place to stay. Sometimes we forget to update the board outside, but we know exactly what we have in the books. It’s simple, honest work. We don't pretend to be anything we are not, and that seems to be enough for the folks who come by. We're right here if you need anything.
