Raj Estate Consultant

We are located at Shop No D/1 in the Yashomandir building. It’s right here in Andheri West, not too far from the MTNL Telephone Exchange. Being in this part of Mumbai means things are always moving quickly. Raj Estate Consultant is a small operation. We don't have a big corporate office with fifty people. It’s just a local shop where we keep track of rentals and sales in the neighborhood. The phone rings a lot, and there is always someone popping in to ask about a shop or a flat nearby. Andheri West is a huge maze, but we know most of the buildings and the landlords around here. Our shop is a bit cramped with all the registers and files, but it’s home to us. We spend our afternoons showing people around different blocks and trying to find something that fits their budget. It’s not always easy because prices change so fast. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just tell you what is available and what the paperwork looks like. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is finally coming together. It’s a lot of footwork and phone calls. If you are near the MTNL exchange, you can’t miss the Yashomandir building. We are right there on the ground floor. It is a simple place for a complicated business, but we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
