Our office is over in Colaba, right on Marry Weather Road. We are in the Abbas Building, Room No 3 on the first floor. It’s an old building, like many in this part of the city, and we’ve been here for a while now. We’re situated just opposite the Electric House, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. The office is small and simple, with just enough room for us to sit down with people and talk about flats or shops. We spend most of our time out showing properties or sitting here going through listings. It’s a very direct way of working. We know the neighborhood well because we’ve been based here so long. We just try to help folks find a place that fits what they’re looking for without making it too complicated. It’s just a regular small business doing its thing in Colaba. We handle the paperwork and the keys and just try to make sense of the real estate market for whoever walks through the door.
