Rai Estate Consultancy is located on the 1st floor of the Abbas Building, which is right in the heart of Sakinaka at number 3. If you are familiar with the area, you know how hectic the traffic can be around here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done when we need to sit down and go over property papers with someone. We deal with a lot of local real estate stuff, whether it is someone looking for a small flat to rent or a shop space nearby. Being on the first floor means people are always walking up and down the stairs, so there is usually a lot of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out walking around looking at different sites to see what’s available for our clients. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, it is just us handling the paperwork and talking to owners. Sakinaka is a tough place to navigate sometimes, but we know these streets pretty well after working here for so long. People usually just drop by because they saw our name on the building or someone told them we handle property stuff. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just show what is available and help with the deals without making things too complicated for the regular folks.
