We are located up on the 6th floor, specifically 602 in the A Wing of Anupam Apartment. It is a bit of a walk through the Lodha Pavilion Apollo Mills Compound to get to us. We’re in Kandivali West, right on N.M. Joshi Marg. It’s a large building so sometimes people get a little lost looking for the right wing, but once you find the elevators, it’s fine. Our office is a working space, not a showroom. There are stacks of papers and folders everywhere because we handle a lot of different things at once. It’s usually just the sound of the fans and someone typing. We like being high up because it’s a bit quieter than the street level down below. We’ve seen Kandivali change a lot from this window over the years. We aren't the type of people to wear suits every day; we keep it casual and just focus on the task at hand. If we are out showing a property, the door might be locked for an hour, but we usually leave a note. It’s a small operation here in Anupam Apartment. We don't do much fancy talking. We just try to get the details right for the people who come to see us. It’s mostly about knowing who is selling what and who is looking for a place to stay. There is no big mystery to how we work.
