Rachana Estate Consultant is a small office located in Shop No 8 of Premavati Chawl. We are right in Andheri East, specifically in the Khira Nagar area. If you are looking for us, we are situated right above the Salt N Sugar shop. It’s a very local vibe here. Being in a chawl means we are right in the middle of the community, which helps us know exactly what is happening with the property market on this side of the tracks. The area is always moving, with people coming and going. We mostly deal with local rentals and small sales. Our shop isn't very large, but we have enough space to sit down and talk through things. It can get a bit noisy with the street life right outside, but that’s just Andheri for you. We don’t really do big advertising.
