Raaj Laxmi Properties

We've been over here at Raaj Laxmi Properties for a while now, tucked away in C Wing of the Xanadu building. If you know Andheri West, you know how busy it gets around Madhu Industrial Park. Our office is on the fourth floor, flat 404, right across from the Country Club. It’s a good spot to sit and talk about local property stuff without all the noise from New Nagardas Road right outside. Most days involve just keeping track of what’s available nearby and helping people figure out where they want to live or set up shop. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular office where we look at paperwork and answer the phone. Being near the Country Club makes it easy for people to find us, which helps since the traffic can be a bit much in this part of town. We mostly handle things right around this neighborhood because that's what we know. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, but we're always here. People just walk in or call us when they see a board somewhere. We try to keep things simple and honest. Dealing with real estate in Mumbai is always a bit of a headache with the paperwork, so we just try to get through it one day at a time. It's a small team here, nothing big or corporate, just us working in Xanadu and making sure we get the details right for the locals.
