We are tucked away in the Shankardham Building, specifically at No-F/4 on Plot Number 2. It’s in the Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West, right behind the Tanishq Showroom in the Sundervan area. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with stacks of property papers and maps of the local blocks. We spend a lot of time consulting with people who want to move into Andheri or find a shop here. It can be quite loud with the traffic, but you get used to it after a few years. We aren't some big corporate chain with polished floors. Our place feels more like a home office where work actually gets done. We know the streets around Lokhandwala very well because we walk them every day. Sometimes we have to hunt for a parking spot for ages before we can even start our day. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering phones and meeting folks who need help with real estate. It's a lot of talking and a lot of checking documents to make sure everything is legal. We like the energy of this neighborhood. It’s a good place to be if you’re into property. We just keep it simple and focus on the task at hand. There is always a lot to do in Andheri.
