Our office is located over on Marol Military Road in Andheri East. We are quite close to Ashok Nagar, so it's a busy area with lots of traffic and people always on the move. Living and working in Andheri means you get used to the noise of the city pretty quickly. We have been at this location for a good while, helping people find flats or shops nearby. The office itself is modest. We have a few chairs and a table where we spread out the documents. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. Most people who come in are locals or folks moving to the city for work. We spend our mornings checking messages and then usually head out to look at properties in the afternoon. It's important to see the actual condition of a place before we talk about it. There’s a lot of old and new buildings mixed together around here. We try to stay updated on which ones are actually decent. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic just trying to go two blocks away, which is just part of life in Andheri. We don't have a glossy brochure. We just use what we know from being on these streets every day. If you are near Ashok Nagar, you might see us walking around. We prefer it that way.
