R S Israni

R S Israni is located in Flat No 32 of the Sanjukta Building. We are on Goa Street in Bandra West. It’s an interesting spot because it’s a residential building, but we’ve been operating out of this flat for quite some time. It’s a bit different than having a shop on the street. You have to come up to the third floor. The hallway is narrow, and you can usually smell whatever the neighbors are cooking for lunch. We use the main room as our primary office area. It’s packed with files and a couple of computers. Bandra is a busy place, so there’s always noise coming from the street outside. We like being centrally located though. It makes it easy for us to get around the city when we need to. Sometimes people are surprised we are in an apartment building, but it works for what we do. We have a small balcony where we keep some of the overflow stuff. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, it's just me or one of the others answering the phone. We’ve got a lot of history in this building. The walls could probably tell a few stories. We just keep things moving, handling our accounts and the daily paperwork. It’s a quiet way to run a business in such a loud part of Goa Street. We're happy with the setup we have here in the Sanjukta Building.
