We are located at Shop No 2 in the Sushobit Building. It is right in Kandivali West, just across the street from the Charkop Police Station. Having the police station right there makes it very easy to give directions. If you can find the station, you have basically found us. The shop is small but it serves us well enough for what we do. We spend our days chatting with locals and keeping an eye on the property market around Kandivali. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the general buzz of the street, but we are used to it by now. The office does not have much decoration, just the basics like a table, some chairs, and a calendar on the wall that is usually a month behind. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lounge or expensive coffee. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood looking for a place to stay or a small shop to start their own thing. We know the local landlords and the building histories around here. It is a hands-on job and we are out on the streets as much as we are in the office. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door during monsoon season, but we just put a bucket down and keep working. It is a real local business that knows the neighborhood because we are here every single day.
