We've got our little office at Shop No 11 in Floral Deck Plaza, over in Andheri East. We’re near Seepz and Sadashiv Peth, so there’s a lot of work-related foot traffic around here. R K Realty has been sitting in this plaza for a while now. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows Seepz. Most days involve us sorting through listings or taking people to look at office spaces or flats nearby. Andheri East is always moving, and things change fast. One day a place is empty, and the next day it's gone. We don't spend money on big ads or polished brochures. We just talk to the folks who walk in. The office is a bit small, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but that’s just Andheri for you. We help out anyone who’s trying to navigate the property market around here. It can be confusing with all the different buildings and prices, so we just give it to people straight. No corporate talk, just the facts about what’s for rent or sale. People seem to appreciate that. We’ve been part of the local scene here for enough time that we know most of the building managers and owners. We just keep our heads down and do the work, helping people find their way through the Andheri property scene every single day.
