Quality Tools

Quality Tools is based in Vasai. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like it here. We’ve been operating in this area for a good while. The shop is full of different kinds of equipment and hardware. We don't really have a fancy showroom. It's more of a place where you come in, tell us what you're looking for, and we dig it out from the back. Vasai has a lot of small workshops like ours, so we fit right in. The humidity can be tough on the metal, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything stays in good condition and doesn't rust. We aren't a big chain store. It’s just us and a couple of helpers who know where everything is kept. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the local news. Other days, we have people coming in one after another. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. Most folks hear about us from their friends or coworkers. We try to keep things straightforward. If we don't have a specific tool, we usually know someone nearby who does. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look or fancy uniforms. We just want to provide what's needed for the local projects. It’s enough for us.
