We’ve been based out of Nariman Point for a while now, specifically on the tenth floor of Dalamal Tower. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, right on Free Press Journal Marg, and we’re usually tied up with paperwork or meeting folks about property stuff. Most days it’s just us handling the usual local real estate chores. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Being in the 1008 unit means we see a lot of the city bustle from the window. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside but that's just how this neighborhood is. We handle a lot of different things related to buildings and land around here. It isn't always glamorous work, mostly just checking details and making sure things are moving along. People come by when they need something looked at or if they're trying to figure out a lease. We try to keep things straightforward and don't spend much time on flashy ads or anything like that. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over documents. If you’re ever near the Free Press Journal building, we are pretty much right there in the middle of it all. The elevator can be slow in the mornings, but we’re always here by then. It’s a decent place to work and we know the area well enough to help out when someone stops in. We've seen how much this part of Mumbai changes year to year.
