We are based in Shop No 5 at the Royal Palace building in Andheri West. This is the Lokha area, and we are quite close to the Lokhandwala Circle. If you know that circle, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s a popular part of town with a lot of shops and people always moving. We do real estate work, focusing on the flats and commercial spaces in this neighborhood. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and have seen Andheri West change into what it is today. It’s a mix of old buildings and new glass towers now. We mostly spend our time talking to owners and showing properties to people looking to move into the circle area. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Our office is a practical space where we handle the documents and meet people for a quick chat. We aren't a huge corporate chain, just a local team that knows these streets really well. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit because we have so many files on the table, but we get the job done. The Royal Palace building is a good landmark for us. If you are near the Lokhandwala Circle and need to talk about a lease or buying a flat, just walk over to Shop 5. We are usually in during the day, though we might be out at a site visit occasionally. It’s a fast-paced area but we like the hustle and the people here.
