We’ve been at this building in Andheri West for a while now. It's building 21/22 on the 10th main. You might know it because it's right near the Cafe Coffee Day where everyone hangs out for their breaks. It’s a good spot to meet people. We mostly look at properties around the 2nd block. People come in asking about rent or if a shop is free. It’s just a regular office. Not much to look at but we know the streets here pretty well. If you’re walking past the cafe, just turn toward the 10th main and you’ll find us. It gets noisy with the traffic sometimes but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Sometimes it's hard to find parking near the building if you come at peak hours. We help folks find a place to stay or set up a small business. It’s not fancy work, just everyday stuff. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go. We try to keep track of who’s moving out and who’s moving in. It keeps us busy. Most of our days are spent on the phone or walking around to show rooms to people. It’s a lot of walking actually, and my shoes wear out fast. But we like being in the middle of everything in Andheri. It's better than being stuck in some quiet corner where nothing happens. Come by if you're in the area and need to talk about a lease.
