We work out of Podar House on the 4th floor. It’s on A Road in Churchgate. Mumbai 400020 is a classic part of the city. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got some old desks and plenty of paperwork to sort through. Real estate is what we do every day. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been at it for a while now. Churchgate is always full of people, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. We deal with properties all over. Most of our time is spent checking details and talking to landlords or people looking to buy. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up, do the work, and go home when we’re done. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the files and folders, but it’s our space. People know where to find us. We’ve lived in Mumbai forever, so we know how the streets and the buildings work here. We handle the usual real estate stuff like renting, selling, and managing things. It’s a practical business. We don't try to dress it up for anyone. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just regular people trying to get things done. Podar House is an old building, and it has plenty of character. We like being here. It feels like the real Mumbai. Just a team of us keeping things moving.
