Our place is on the eleventh floor of Marathon Icon. That’s over on Veer Santaji Marg in Lower Parel, right by Delisle Road. It’s a really busy part of Mumbai. We’re in office 1106. Most of the time we’re just sitting here dealing with property documents and phone calls. The real estate world in Mumbai City is pretty hectic. We try to stay organized but there’s always a lot of stuff going on at once. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets. Nothing too fancy. It’s a functional space for a functional business. We spend our mornings on the phone and our afternoons meeting people to show them spots. The 400013 area is where we spend most of our life. Being in a tall building like Marathon Icon means we’re part of the skyline, I guess. But inside, it’s just us working away. We don’t do big presentations or anything polished. We just talk to people about what they need and see if we can help them find it. It’s simple work but it takes up a lot of time. We’ve been here long enough to know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. Lower Parel has changed a lot lately, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s a decent spot for an office and we get by just fine. There's always plenty of coffee and paperwork to deal with.
