Property Wise

If you’re looking for Property Wise, you can find us at 301, Madhukunj. It’s at 959 Sayani Road in the Prabhadevi area. One of the easiest ways to tell people where we are is to mention we’re right above the Arya Honda car showroom. That usually helps folks find the building without getting lost. We share the area with Coles Road too. It’s a pretty active part of town. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and talk about buildings and land. Being in Prabhadevi means there is always something going on outside. Sayani Road can be a bit of a mess with traffic sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this Madhukunj building for a while. We don’t have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines. It’s just a room with some files and maps where we do our business as Property Wise. It’s a practical location for us since we need to be near the properties we deal with. We like being above the car showroom because everyone knows where that is. It saves us from having to give long directions over the phone. We just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It’s a straightforward setup and it serves us well enough for what we need to do.
